TerraVita Landscape & Gardening is building a high-standard garden maintenance team—and we’re hiring a Garden Crew Lead who takes pride in doing things right.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a 2–3 person crew on garden maintenance routes
- Set daily plan, pace, and quality standards
- Perform and oversee:
- Pruning, trimming, and plant care
- Bed maintenance and detail work
- Mulch, seasonal cleanups, and enhancements
- Keep properties clean, polished, and client-ready

What You Need
- 2+ years garden or landscape maintenance experience
