Mow Supervisor (Route Lead) — $22–$25/hr DOE
Idaho | Full-Time Seasonal
TerraVita Landscape & Gardening is hiring a Mow Supervisor to lead crews, run routes, and deliver clean, consistent, client-ready results.
This is a working leadership role—you don’t just manage, you execute.
What You’ll Do
- Run and complete daily mowing routes
- Lead a 2–3 person crew
- Ensure high-quality work (cut height, edging, blow-off, clean finish)
- Keep routes on schedule and efficient
- Train crew and enforce standards + safety
- Handle basic client interactions professionally
What We Need

Route-running mowing experience (required)

Crew lead / foreman experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail & quality

Reliable attendance (non-negotiable)

- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
Pay & Schedule
