Garden Crew Member — $18/hr DOE
Idaho | Full-Time Seasonal
TerraVita Landscape & Gardening is hiring a Garden Crew Member to support garden maintenance routes and detailed plant care work.
This is a hands-on outdoor role for someone who notices the details, works hard, and takes pride in clean, well-maintained spaces.
What You’ll Do
- Weed, maintain, and clean up garden beds
- Assist with pruning, deadheading, and plant care (trained on-site)
- Install mulch and maintain clean, defined edges
- Blow off and leave properties clean and client-ready
- Work at a steady, efficient pace with your crew
What We Need
- Landscape or garden experience preferred (not required)

Strong attendance — show up on time, every day

Good attitude — positive, respectful, team-focused

Teachability — willing to learn plant care and take direction
- Strong attention to detail (this is precision work)
- Able to work outdoors in heat and changing weather
- Physically capable (lifting, bending, repetitive work)
Pay & Schedule
