Landscape Crew Member — $18hr DOE
Idaho | Full-Time Seasonal
TerraVita Landscape & Gardening is hiring a Landscape Crew Member to support installation projects and build high-quality outdoor spaces.
This is a hands-on role for someone who works hard, takes direction well, and takes pride in building things the right way.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with landscape installation (planting, grading, materials install)
- Support hardscape work (pavers, base prep, retaining walls)
- Move and install soil, rock, mulch, and plants
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Work at a steady, productive pace with your crew
What We Need
- Landscape or construction experience preferred (not required)

Strong attendance — show up on time, every day

Good attitude — positive, coachable, team-focused

Teachability — willing to learn skills and follow direction
- Strong work ethic — this is physical, fast-paced work
- Able to work outdoors in heat and changing weather
- Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, repetitive labor)
Pay & Schedule
- 💲$18/hour DOE
- Full-time seasonal (peak hours available)
